On behalf of the Des Moines Area Regional Transit Authority (DART), thank you for using DART’s Paratransit service. As a valued rider, your opinions are important to us.

We hope you will help us by taking a few minutes to respond to the following customer satisfaction survey about DART’s Paratransit service. Your answers are important so we can make sure DART meets the needs of its riders.

In this survey, we have also included several very important public input questions regarding potential changes to add a medical verification and recertification requirement to the eligibility process for DART’s ADA Complementary Paratransit services (Bus Plus). Your feedback on these potential changes will help guide future decisions made by the DART Commission.

Additionally, we are hosting two hybrid, 90-minute public meetings on Monday, November 14 to discuss potential changes to DART’s Bus Plus paratransit service. We hope you will join us by participating in one of these public meetings:
• November 14 at 3 p.m. at DART Central Station or via Zoom
• November 14 at 6 p.m. at DART Central Station or via Zoom
